Weekly Sessions/one time only session
If you’re looking for individual support tailored to your specific needs, 1:1 birth coaching might be the right step for you. We will talk about what to expect in the different stages of labour, the types of interventions and the risks and benefits to each, the importance of labour support, comfort measures and position changes, the first hour after birth, what to expect during the postpartum period and how to prepare yourself for the transition into parenthood. During this time we will also create a personalized birth plan together so you feel prepared and ready when baby decides to make their arrival!
